These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and the TraceLock developer ("we" or "us") regarding your download, installation, and use of TraceLock. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.

本协议是您（以下简称“用户”）与临摹板开发者（以下简称“开发者”或“我们”）之间就下载、安装、使用临摹板（TraceLock）软件及相关服务所达成的法律协议。当您下载、安装或使用本软件时，即表示您已充分阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部条款。

The developer grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use TraceLock on your compatible mobile devices solely for personal artistic creation, sketching practice, and tracing purposes.

开发者授予用户一项个人的、不可转让、非独占且不可转授的合法使用许可。用户可在其合法拥有的智能手机、平板电脑等终端设备上使用本软件进行绘画临摹、简笔画练习及个人艺术创作。

3. Free Trial and Lifetime Purchase

TraceLock includes a full-feature 72-hour trial beginning on first launch. When the trial ends, you may continue using all features by purchasing the non-consumable Lifetime Unlock through the Apple App Store. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not renew automatically. The U.S. base price is $3.99; local currency, taxes, and actual storefront pricing are shown before purchase. Apple handles payment, authorization, family controls, refunds, and purchase restoration under the Apple Media Services Terms.

• When importing images into TraceLock, you must ensure that you own the copyright, portrait rights, or have obtained necessary authorization from the legitimate copyright holder. 用户在使用本软件导入图片时，应确保拥有该图片的合法著作权、肖像权或已取得相关权利人的合法授权。
• TraceLock functions solely as an electronic lightbox and technical drawing utility. You are solely responsible for any derivative artworks, tracing outputs, or intellectual property disputes arising from your use of source materials. 本软件仅作为电子发光透写与图像边缘滤镜提取的技术辅助工具。用户使用本软件所临摹、描绘产出的任何衍生作品之著作权或知识产权纠纷，由用户自行承担法律责任，开发者不承担连带责任。
• You agree not to use TraceLock for any unlawful purposes or activities that infringe upon third-party rights or violate applicable laws and regulations. 用户严禁使用本软件从事任何侵害他人合法权益、违反法律法规、破坏公共秩序或违背社会公序良俗的行为。

5. Hardware Safety Guidelines

During locked tracing mode, TraceLock may maximize screen brightness and disable automatic sleep to ensure optimal translucency. Please manage device usage reasonably, maintain appropriate ambient lighting, and prevent prolonged continuous operation in overheating conditions.

本软件在“锁屏临摹”状态下会自动提高屏幕亮度并保持屏幕常亮以提供良好的透光度。请用户根据实际绘画环境和设备电量适度使用，避免设备在过热环境中长时间最高亮度运行。

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

TraceLock is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

本软件按“现状”提供，开发者力求保证软件运行的稳定与算法的准确性，但不担保软件完全无错误或适用于用户的全部特定需求。在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用本软件导致的任何间接、附带或惩罚性损失承担责任。

7. Modifications and Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective upon the release of updated versions. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

开发者保留随时修改本协议的权利，修改后的协议将随新版本发布更新。本协议之订立、生效、解释及争议解决均适用相关法律法规。
