Perler & Fuse Beads Studio - Terms of Service

By downloading or using Perler & Fuse Beads Studio ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please delete the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Free Trial

The App includes a 10-day free trial beginning from your first launch. During the trial you may use all features without payment.

• Your trial start date is recorded on your device and, if you are signed into iCloud, synced through Apple iCloud Key-Value Storage so it stays consistent across your devices.
• Deleting the App, resetting the device, or switching devices does not reset an already-used trial when iCloud sync is available.
• Attempting to manipulate the device clock to restart the trial may result in the trial being permanently ended.

3. Purchases

• Lifetime VIP is a one-time, non-recurring purchase that unlocks all features permanently on the devices signed into your Apple ID.
• Payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.
• Purchases are final. Refund requests are handled solely by Apple under its refund policy.
• If you change devices or lose access to your Apple ID, you may lose access to your purchase. You can restore purchases within the App using the "Restore Purchases" option.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App.
• Use the App to create or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, algorithms, and the bead color reference data, is owned by Wang Shuai and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The name and brand of third-party bead products referenced for color-matching purposes remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The 1:1 lightbox alignment depends on your device's actual screen dimensions and pixel density, which can vary slightly between models. We recommend verifying physical alignment with a single bead before starting a large project.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these terms in future versions of the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
