1. Overview

Perler & Fuse Beads Studio ("the App") is a specialized physical pegboard lightbox and bead pattern converter. We strongly respect and value your privacy.

2. Zero Data Collection

• No Account Required: You can use all features without signing up, logging in, or providing any personal information.
• 100% On-Device Processing: All image pixelation, color matching, and pattern generation take place entirely on your device (iPhone / iPad).
• No Photo Uploads: We do not operate cloud servers, and we never transmit or store your photos, bead patterns, or files.
• No Tracking & No Ads: The App does not contain third-party tracking, advertising, or profiling SDKs.

3. iCloud Key-Value Storage

To keep your free-trial status consistent across your own devices, the App stores a single numeric timestamp (the date you first launched the App) in Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage.

• What is stored: One number — the first-launch date. Nothing else.
• Why: So that deleting and reinstalling the App, or switching between iPhone and iPad, does not reset your trial.
• Who can read it: Only you, through your own Apple ID. We cannot access it.
• Opting out: If you are signed out of iCloud, or you disable iCloud Drive, the App falls back to on-device storage only. Your trial still works normally on that device.

4. Permissions

• Photo Library Access: Used only when you choose to import an image into a bead pattern.
• Photo Library Add Usage: Used only when you choose to export and save a high-definition bead pattern image directly to your Photos library.

5. Purchases

The Lifetime VIP unlock is purchased through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles all payment processing; we never receive or store your payment card information, billing name, or address.
